Grange Health Care Facility is situated on the beautiful island of St.Kitts. It is a private organisation, established in 2000. Situated just 7 miles from the capital city of Basseterre, it is the first purpose built private health care institution on the island, thus pioneering community based care for the elderly on St.Kitts. The objective is to offer high quality client oriented care as its main priority. For prospective clients living locally, a pre-admission assessment in the home or hospital would be routinely carried out. For prospective clients living overseas (regionally and internationally) a detailed medical report and the completion of a health questionnaire will be required prior to admission. This will allow for effective care planning of the client’s needs.
